Being a person who has worked from small companies to international companies, I can say that Authority Partners actually does what it says; it is not only pep talk - and that by itself says too much. Best corporate culture/environment I've worked for, genuine team spirit, and strong corporate values sustain our daily work.

Nothing to point it out as cons, quite the contrary, the company leverage its services during the pandemic exactly on excelling in remote dynamics.

Having worked for a company where micro management and control was highly recommended, flexible hours and relaxed atmosphere is REFRESHING! Being treated as a professional (and an adult) is what I like the most. To top that, you get to enjoy a number of benefits and generous bonuses.

With 250+ people working for this company at the moment, I'm not surprised that not all them like everything about Authority Partners. I'm sure there are things that can be improved, but I also think people are often unrealistic with their expectations or think highly of their skills and competencies , without really having much working (or real life) experience.

Pros

There are no pros to working in the US headquarters as an employee. If you work for the company on a contractual basis as a consultant, then you will be treated very well.

How much time do you have? If you enjoy having self esteem, autonomy, or dignity then don't work here. I am solely referring to the management of Authority Partners in the US. Since they are all perfectionists, they will expect their version of perfection from you. Good luck to you if you ever make a mistake that management notices. At first working for the company seems gravy as everyone seems nice, but then you will notice several things: 1)Only 1 person who has lasted in the company for 2 years 2) Management doesn't really care about your opinion...on anything 3) They will micromanage EVERYTHING you do. Their version of good management is to quietly praise you for a job well done, but violently admonish you for any mistakes.

Dynamic environment. Great experts to learn from. Offers great job opportunities for people with little to no experience. Very good financial benefits.

Extremely successful story, from 4 to 250+ in 10+ years. Many benefits including paid overtime, annual bonuses, healthy breakfast/snacks, overseas trips, organized annual medical checkups... Great career opportunity, bottom line - it is up to you!

Good environment, the people are awesome and since it is remote work you are free of managing your time as long as you do your tasks.

Cons

Benefits are bad, you just have your salary and that's it, no vacations, no holidays, or bonuses, nothing at all.
