Pros
Paid training, opportunities to move up in the company, friendly coworkers, work in schools, homes, and sometimes in the community
Cons
If there’s a client cancel and they don’t have an alternate place to send you, you don’t get paid. Low hours during summer, winter, and spring break.

Pros
This agency offers opportunities for internal growth in a variety of directions. The mentorship available is superb and has allowed me to grow my skillset in the ABA field more than nearly anywhere else can offer. Training and mentorship started the first year of my employment and has continued since. The agency also has a small family like company culture once you get to know that is welcoming from the start and becomes more welcoming as you get to know more people within the agency.
Cons
The field of ABA can be challenging for some and is not for everyone, but this agency offers provides the resources to teach its employee how to use ABA concepts in the field.

good first time ABA Job
Oct 17, 2022 - Behavior Intervionist in Long Beach, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
great supervision, consistent hours during the school year, and always helping you learn if you are willing
Cons
lower pay than competitors, unpaid during break periods in school
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
This company places their BI’s in the school and home setting which is great because you receive more stable hours than the typical ABA company. There is extensive initial training and shadowing done which is super helpful if you’re new to the field. Supervisors and field trainers are respectful, approachable, and friendly. This company is great because they pay you for half your session if a client cancels on you. They recognize your progress and give you pay raises!
Cons
If you’re looking for a full time job, this may not be the best choice but it is more stable compared to other ABA companies.
