    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Autism Home Support Services part-time for more than a year

    Pros

You basically get to create your own schedule and it is an incredibly rewarding position!

    Cons

If you are looking for 100% full time work-it is hard to balance. I am at 20 hours a week and it is perfect.

    Advice to Management

Salary should depend on experience, and/or degree level.

      Pros

Good people, good values, good results. I genuinely loved working there and left amicably.

I worked at Autism Home Support Services full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Organized, excellent training opportunities, growing in Denver, so many opportunities to contribute to a team, wonderfully designed paperwork.

      Cons

Micromanaging culture dedicated to corporate fulfillment, rather than client and provider focused outcomes.

      Advice to Management

      Revamp the training department.

I have been working at Autism Home Support Services full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Great clients, awesome families Relatively (compared to other companies) easy to find coverage if you need to cancel a session - this is a big pro! Knowledgeable staff - great coworkers - people who clearly care about their clients Good if you're looking for part time work - NOT FULL TIME - many opportunities to increase hours over the summer (good for people who work in schools and are looking for evening/weekend...

      Cons

All about the bottom line, no longer about the client - this is proven by how many clients have left the company because of administrative issues! Constant struggle for hours Erratic schedule Growing too much too fast Hiring cheaper, less experienced part time staff which is taking away hours from full time staff - full timers are leaving the company left and right A year ago I would have said the senior management...

      Advice to Management

Re-introduce program lead positions and other instruments for advancement between RBT and BCBA Listen to the clients and the staff that actually work with the clients regularly
