Clients are nice and a lot of the employees are nice.
Cons
Need to ask for promotions etc.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
The clients are great and their parents are really supportive. Good start if you want to figure out whether to pursue education in ABA
Cons
Supervisors were difficult to reach and often could not be reached in the time frames you were required to contact them before new appointments. The time card system (paper turned in to the office) is outdated and inefficient.
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Competitive salary (higher compared to other agencies), able to move up positions in company (BI-trainer-BC-associate case supervisor, etc.)
Cons
Overworked, supervisors have to supervise over 20+ clients, no support, assumption is to only see each family 1-2 hours per month in order to see all your clients.

Love working with the children and helping them. It feels good to know you’re making a difference when you see progress. The supervisors are nice and friendly.
Cons
Hard to be full time due to schedule conflicts between yours and clients. Unstable income as you don’t get paid for cancelled sessions.
