I worked at Autism Speaks for less than a year

    Pros

flexibility and company is helping people

    Cons

    - no teaching and no contacts - essentially just working as free labor

    Advice to Management

Internships need to be based in a teaching experience if they are going to be unpaid. I received no technical skill training. They just used me as free labor.
