overall it's a great cause but I don't feel like what they is doing much for the cause

The leadership is horrible! they don't want ideas, just yes men that kiss up. They care more about themselves then the people they are supposed to be helping. When donation are wrong, there is no urgency to fix them correctly because they care about getting the money.
