    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Auto-Owners Insurance full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

No matter how poor your performance is, you still get the same raises & promotions as everyone else.

    Cons

No matter how great your performance is, you still get the same raises & promotions as everyone else. Pay is well below industry standard, even when accounting for the pension, 401k, and benefits.

    Advice to Management

If you compensate high performing employees, you'll have a better chance at retaining them. In addition, it gives everyone an incentive to work harder if pay is merit based.

I have been working at Auto-Owners Insurance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good company. Financially strong. This is not a bad place to work. People are friendly. Not too big and not small either. The benefits are good but not amazing.

    Cons

People who are bad don't get fired. Pay is not high. We have plenty of "benefits" which I good but some of us younger people want higher money.

    Pros

Auto-Owners is a friendly company looking to invest in its associates and make you the best you can be.

    Cons

The work is a little repetitive and it feels like there isn't hope of chasing high pay

    Advice to Management

Pay based on merit, not just longevity
