    Pros

The hiring process was QUICK! Everyone I needed to work with was easily accessible and friendly. It's a large corporation so a lot of the processes are standardized and you also have the flexibility to transfer to a new location as long as they have a job in your desired locale. They provide a range of training videos on all manner of processes and programs you might use, the benefits are really nice, too. They have you visit a doctor and if you're healthy and don't smoke, your insurance premiums are reduced by a percentage, and it's not insignificant, either!

    Cons

It took some time to get access to some of the programs I needed in order to do my job, but if you care to put a little pressure on the IT team, you can get things done relatively quickly. There wasn't really much of an orientation - for the first few days I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do, although I will add that I started at a busy time of the month for most of my coworkers so they didn't have much spare time to spend with me.

    Pros

Great overall vision and clear direction. Most positions have a visible career path to advancement. Great processes.

    Cons

As with any othe dealership environment, hours can be long and you are only as good as your last month!

I have been working at AutoNation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Overall, a great place to work. Some departments are definitely better then others, but there's a lot of opportunity to move around.

    Cons

The pay isn't great, but it's above average for data entry. However, the benefits package is a complete joke, it's cheaper for most to get their own health insurance the bubble.
