      Pros

      Everyone is treated like a child and has to clock in 5 mins early. Which is nice because at least we're all suffering together.

      Cons

      I hated my life working at Autoshack. It sucked so much out of me, for very little pay. If you have any other job opportunity - take it, or experience the misery for yourself (trust me it's not worth it, you can do so much better).

      -Upper management create a toxic environment - No room to grow, no real training provided, don't give staff time to learn - Every conversation feels like an interrogation - Very high turnover - impossible expectations
