Most oft the employees are friendly and easy to work with.
Management seems to lack respect and general people skills when dealing with employees. There is a definite lack of communication as far as management and employees. Managers aren't free to make decisions everything has to be okayed by the fixed ops manager. Lack of an exit interview. There was none!!! They truly don't care why your leaving.
Advice to Management
You talk the talk but you don't walk the walk. Treat your employees better, get some managers in there who treat your employees with respect and you will prosper. Have an exit interview process (as is the industry standard for a division of a publicly traded company.
