    Pros

    The company has got good values and working environment, they make you feel comfortable and provide with the right opportunities.

    Cons

    They claim that their remuneration/benefits are at par and are benchmarked with the best cloud companies, but isn't true. Their salary band for all the grades is high spread and most of them are nowhere near the median range

    Pros

    work life balance, learning opportunity, open door policy - you can approach anyone within the organization and have a meeting with him/her, changing teams is very easy if you want to learn more or are interested in different teams

    Cons

    Salary is probably not at par with other tech companies(not sure about this though) for full time employees. Interns were paid fairly as per market.

    Work-life balance Management support involving in different projects Team is great Good relationship from management Lots of instruments that make the work easy Every quarter we see the results of it in different levels (local, emarging, emea, LC emea) there are lots of incentive programmes

    Great Company with Bad Middle Manager

    Pros

    - Truly care for the employee. Put in lots of effort for employee - End of year closure - Given RSU & budget for WFH setup during covid period - have ERGs, and mentorship groups - got to enjoy various exciting belonging group and activities: pool games, maker club, etc. before Covid - Vibrant office & ergonomic 'auto-desk' - Lots of horizontal jobs around

    Cons

    - Middle manager have too much control over individual promotion, growth, exposure,etc. If you get a good manager it is heaven, but once you got the bad one, it is absolute hell. And mind you there are some bad apples around. - System is old, outdated, lots of data integrity issue and all in silos. The company will need lots lots of effort & time to revamp all of this. - Low salary and very difficult to get increment. Small % increment even if there is any. - HR is useless. There was an ex colleague who had sexual misconduct issue, HR cant do anything and asked her to still talk to the perpetrator, so she needs to quit. - No psychological safety. Even GLINTS employee survey is just a way to bully the individual - Getting a promotion / job progression is very difficult and some even get same or lower pay. Summary: if you feel you manager is great, join this company and ask for higher pay. If you sense the manager is bad, run away.
