    Plenty of self management
    Paid for training and certification
    Job Security

    Cons

    Over complicates management of infrastructure
    Lot of complexities due to size of company
    Very little option to move up in the company
    Pay is below average for the area

    Advice to Management

    Equal pay increases regardless of performance being meets expectations vs exceeds expectations causes disillusioned employees.

    Pay is good. Helping others.

    Cons

    No work/life balance. Demanding culture.

    Advice to Management

    Follow through with complaints would be nice. Allow associates to speak freely without consequences. Have a back-up person so vacation time can be used.

    I have been working at Autoliv full-time

    Pros

    Company outlook is great from a business standpoint. Fair benefits. Great coworkers.

    Cons

    HR is really lost when it comes being an actual resource. Communication from upper management to the production floor is non existent in most cases. Politics.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better wages overall to hourly workers. Ensure training on all shifts are communicated properly.

    Improve the work environment and get rid of gain-share. Also work on division of labor with in groups
