    Pros

There is a good variety of work. You do not work on a single project for too long.

    Cons

It seems as if flextronics is taking it over and is going to close Avail.

    Advice to Management

I would be more honest with the employees about the state of the company and be more encouraging to employees.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Avail full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast job and that is it

    Cons

    Horrible communication, absolutely no assistance

    Advice to Management

Fire those who are only after $$$ for placements. They are messing with the lives of others!

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Avail full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

being part of the team that improves the lives of people and their families, resulting in the success of the entire community.

    Cons

being working in a recognized and useful in its efforts to create wealth, not always mean in the economic adventage for me.

    Advice to Management

the value and sometimes staff capacity is evaluated mechanically and need the human touch and emphasize the most valuable asset of any company: the people themselves.
