      Pros

      Good benefits- CIGNA, HSA, Flex, EAP, health and wellness, pretty good pdo (especially with more time spent in the company) and holidays. Bonuses yearly if company goals are met. Hybrid remote. Company events like ice cream, goodies, raffles, happy hour. I feel that my leader considers my feedback and lets me set my own processes to achieve outcomes where appropriate. I have been given opportunities to develop my skills and mentoring to achieve career growth. Recognition is provided. There are always things to do, balance is encouraged by leadership. I genuinely enjoy my coworkers and the company culture.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn, the world of international staffing has a lot of moving parts. (It is so interesting though!) This means it takes a while to get comfortable and learn the business. 4 months minimum.

        Decent bonus program, good PTO

        Cons

        Management protects management, and HR is NOT there for anyone but the company and those managers. If you fall out of the good graces of your manager, you're pretty much done. There's no accountability from higher ups, no way to provide feedback without it biting you in the butt, and no way to get back to where you were before whatever it took to bring you down. If you are not a yes man, do not work here. That is all they want. Someone who will do what they say when they say it. You can have ideas, as long as they do not go against any word from management.

      Customer Service Representative CSR

      I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?

      Software Engineer

      I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?
