Avant Healthcare Professionals Employee Reviews about "good pay"

My supervisor is forcing me to train despite my efforts of training mentoring etc in the past. She says if I don’t train it’s considered insubordination and will result in automatic termination. How can I get around this?

Do you think it is appropriate to have MBAs/people with a business background in high level leadership positions in healthcare? I personally find that it sets the wrong tone of putting profit before care.
