The mission of the company
Cons
Avants mission is what will keep you here but at what expense? Corp staff are advised to treat the HCPs like children and berrated when they don't 'lay down the law' Exec and Sr leadership are very insecure and emotional and will throw their team under the bus at any moment. Meetings are catty, unnecessarily long and unproductive. Broken promises and lack of follow through all around whether it be staff, HCPs, clients. No work life balance or respect for their employees. Lots of potential to be a great place to work but that would require cleaning house and ridding of the toxic leadership team. Don't take my opinion for it, look at the turnover rate --numbers don't lie. Staff leave meetings crying and can be seen in halls in full panic attacks created by the belittling toxic environment. No accountability for senior leadership. I'm absolutely convinced that the good reviews on here are only a result of the gift cards they were giving away for staff to complete reviews online for them.
