    Pros

    The pay was decent and I enjoyed the people I worked with.

    Cons

    No true "down" time. Had to be accessible 24X7X365. Having a peer cover for you so you could be out of pocket for a special event was frowned upon.

    Advice to Management

    Show some appreciation to the services employees, they are not just a charge against the bottom line.
