    Pros

Good work-life balance and overall quality employees. You will work with people at Avaya that will become long-time friends.

    Cons

Management constantly changes company direction and this damages the company morale. As a result, many employees are not enthusiastic about the company.

I worked at Avaya full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    People in Services were great.

    Cons

Everything. Awful work environment, doesn't pay well, always fear of getting laid off. Worst benefits I have ever seen. Services customers treat employees horribly and the company accepts this. If customers don't escalate, they are treated very poorly themselves. Work/life balance nonexistent. The company pretends to have a good culture and good values but in reality, they are terrible. CEO is nothing but a puppet for the private equity firms-fires at will in order to make numbers.

    Advice to Management

Act like the employees and customers matter.

I worked at Avaya full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Name recognition but that was starting to fade

    Cons

No direction, management need to recognize employees. Call Center Business once a star now a fading dim flashlite. Vacation went away, work until you get everything done. No shining examples of employees anymore. Talent leaving in busses each day. Don't know why anyone would even stay. Looking to sell off businesses to save company but the boat is sinking. Everyone left is bailing. Tons of realestate stuck everywhere. To find corp offices look for where CEO is hiding.

    Advice to Management

    Let my people go

    Pros

Good pay, flexible work, nothing else comes to mind

    Cons

Poor pay when compared to executive compensation and bonuses, no long term vision or company prospect. Expect Avaya to only exist as a product line of some other company soon.

    Advice to Management

On deaf ears...Abandon your self enrichment at the expense of rank and file
