I have been working at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

One of the few hospital systems that has a real RN training program and preceptorship that's for new grads and experienced nurses. They're a huge hospital system, so you can always transfer to another facility if necessary.

    Cons

Low pay, expensive benefits, and a corporate mindset. Everything is about the bottom line, and that includes unsafe nurse to patient ratios in order to offset staff costs.
