Great pay, ok benefits, you meet some good ppl. All the managers aren't buttholes, 401K, private owned
Cons
Long hours, points system, slow to changes, ppl more concerned with gossip then working and doing their job,no sick time, no inclement weather time, everyone wants to be the boss except of themselves, work 9+ hrs and only a 30min lunch

I worked for them as an over the road driver for eight years. Then was raised to Instructor and after 2 years was raised to the safety dept as instructor. There can be a future there at specially if you do not mind moving.
