Pros
Averitt is a great company to work for and have many benefits
Cons
The only one is that their trucks are governed at 63 or 65 with cruise and foot smashed to the floor and honestly it’s more dangerous on the road when you can’t even do the speed limit.

Benefits are great and for a low skill job pay is better than most. Management will sometimes provide incentives for work they're able to notice

Time is everything for promotions - working hard wont get you anywhere just put in time and do you're best to suck up, Management is based on process not managing. easily after by consumer demand newer associates will lose on hours but layoffs are rare

I don't care for being forced to train/drive over the road. That was why I paid for my school, to avoid this.
