    Pros

    Good fellow employees that stick together and try to turn our youth into positive minds. Helps students achieve goals and better themselves in their future endeavors.

    Cons

    The benefits aren't the greatest, other than that not a bad place to work. Overall a good experience while I was working there.

    I worked at Aviation Institute Of Maintenance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Management, staff and faculty are first rate. Main focus is on helping students get the training and licensing needed to work in the industry

    Cons

    Some turnover among instructors. Some equipment needs updating. Salaries could be better.Seems everyone gets along really well.

    Advice to Management

    Keep policies in place. Continue to offer new or advanced programs and certifications.
    Keep current with industry changes

    Help make a difference and set the example for new technicians to follow
    Avenue to higher level learning and cutting edge advancements in the industry
    allows 100's of years of experience to share knowledge and make better curriculum

    Cons

    Redundancy, poor communication of senior staff and HR
    No IT in the facility to manage computer assets and media.
    Pay is about 2 to 5 dollars less in the field and no over time is authorized

    Knowledge and power of ownership deligated to all levels to trust and take pride, allows for a happier and more productive work environment. Support staff workers and ideas and communicate effectively

    Helping young men and woman to get a respectable career is very fulfilling!

    Cons

    You have to be away from your family for 18 months!

    The way management runs this very promising business isn't right,to many chiefs not enough Indians!

    Pros

    Smaller environment, freedom to do your work with no miromanaging

    Cons

    Low pay, benefits are very expensive and doesn't cover much. Company pays none of the premium for family plans which makes it hard to afford on small salary

    Pay the people their worth.
