    I have been working at Avid Technology full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Avid Product is well known especially in the world of movie industry. Their products are highly recognized by the well known directors and producers. It is also the product behind the award winning films. Salary: They give you higher offer compared to other companies Employee: You will get to work with a lot of talented and skilled people.

    Job title: As a technical person doing technical checking and troubleshooting, Customer Care specialist is not the proper title to be given on such role. There is a misunderstanding on some organization especially if you're applying for a loan or a postpaid plan that you are working as a call center agent (I don't have issues with call center agents, I'm just saying that some companies especially banks have this kind...

    Pros

    ⭕️ Free coffee ⭕️ The applications or products are really promising ⭕️ Good looking office ⭕️ Smart and Techie guys at the second and first line supports ⭕️ There are still some good people or employees in the company except the management.

    1. Poor company management ❌ Managers are not technical people they are just influential to be in position. They just know how to say "do this ASAP" "Clean the queue" but they do not even know whats happening technically and do not know the product ❌ They will not take you seriously ❌ No manners ❌ Does not even know the product ❌ Deal things personally not professionally ❌ UNPROFESSIONALS 2.     Advice to Management

    Change the management (manager) there's someone more deserving, a technical person who knows the product, who knows how to deal with people and company issues. You're just influential and proves nothing at all. BE PROFESSIONAL! The company will be great if those people at the management are professionals. Consider your employees as human not robot!

    A friendly management and amazing teamwork - communicate easily with your manager even a personal thing, The team members help each other and making a great synergy Awesome customer care process and working environment - sales force has integrated with SAP and Avaya, the newest technology and equipment.

    A tough time management - A bit hard to manage a time as usual in Customer Care team.
