    Pros

    Decent compensation, good bonus structure, a lot of talented employees who work extremely hard Could be a great work environment with some company culture improvements

    Cons

    Heavy use of intimidation tactics, no motivation from management, extreme criticism No life/work flexibility Condescending attitudes within management team Bad location

    Try motivation techniques to gain respect from employees

    Close to skytrain no special benefits from other companies

    Cons

    Horrible working environment. Company has his own management conspiracy going on specially a South American group don't want new hires to work. Some people will tend to help you but unfortunately they will stand you in the back. Not a trustworthy property to work with. Poor job security

    Advice to Management

    Stood above the J factor with the former employees. Hire some well educated management rather than a random window cleaners

    - Technical Support department is consisted of great and smart people. - Great work environment with an eye to the future. - Company truly invest on the employee with Dell, Salesforce and CISCO CCNA training or whatever any other training that can be useful for the company/department. - Great benefits - Open floor for learning and earning awards based on your interest on learning something new. - Yearly... salary evaluation.

    Cons

    Fast pace work environment. Multitasking is a requirement (Answer Phone, Type and troubleshooting one or more issues at the same time). 8 hours fly by and if you like and love what you do... you are on the right place.

    Advice to Management

    Improvements on the new products training process would be interesting.
