I worked at Avis Budget Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great management - they constantly train you and give you targets and support you
    Decent hours and shift patterns
    Good amount of responsibility
Room for promotion (if you are flexible)

    Cons

You are on your own, as in most sales jobs, don't expect much help from colleagues and be careful about them going behind your back
A lot of pressure to perform (don't work here if you think it will be easy!)

    Advice to Management

None - managers at my location spot on!

I worked at Avis Budget Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

not a lot to say really one of the worst companies i have ever worked for.

    Cons

very poor weak Management , a lot of things get brushed under the carpet. In this day and age a very sexist , unprofessional company. worked for them over 2 years , always went above and beyond and got no appreciation for anything. leaving the organisation was the best decision i have ever made! i was the only one with the bottle to get out while the others moaned on yet still are there.

    Advice to Management

need to go back to basic management training and people skills ........
