I have been working at Avis Budget Group full-time

    Pros

I used to work for Avis Budget Group and had to resign due to personal reasons. I reapplied and they accepted me back. I hope to now retire form Avis Budget Group!! I have worked for Enterprise and interviewed with other competitors but, Avis is the best!! The culture and the family are like family! I know that Avis Budget Group will become #1 and I'm glad to be apart and I want to help Avis Budget Group get there!!!

    Cons

I have been working at Avis Budget Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was looking for a company to work where I can have peace of mind. A company where I can build a career and retire from it. After the research I found that Avis Budget Group (ABG) has those qualifications. ABG is a Fortune 500 business with great benefits for its employees and a great service for their clients. This made me think that if a company successfully cares about their customers, they must care about their team members as well.

    Cons

    Salary should be higher.

    Advice to Management

Keep the hard work on making a great work enviroment.

I have been working at Avis Budget Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love to drive very much. I find the job relaxing, pleasant, quiet, and non-stressful. My fellow-
driver colleagues that I work with are very pleasant to talk and interact with. The management
I work with and for is very pleasant.

    Cons

While my starting hourly wage is decent, it is my opinion that it would help if the starting hourly wage is a little bit higher. This way, your chances of hiring new people would be better.

    Advice to Management

Please do everything possible to maintain pleasantness between the employees and yourselves.
