    Great benefits. Apart of the Union, opportunity to move up in positions. Flexible hours, good salary, discount rentals for vacation or personal

    Cons

    Working in bad weather conditions, start at minimum pay, and having to deal with angry customers on a regular basis and trying not to hit other cars

    Flemsy management, power stricken managers, inconsistent hours, cheap and annoying clientele, non-dependable internet, HORRIBLE PAY, and unethical business practices

    no advancement opportunities, no work/life balance, work scheduling issues, not compensated appropriately for demands, late night and over night hours

    I have spoken with friends in other companies and feel we receive Great Benefits - We have a Strong Leadership Team - We have Worldwide recognized brands. Fair Pay for time on the job.

    Cons

    Auto Industry is rapidly changing and the future is unknown with autonomous cars quickly rising and Uber/Lyft doing the same.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working on ways to diversify in an ever changing environment. We need to stay ahead of the game on technology to keep up with the newer generation of travelers.

    Pros

    The only pro is that you receive a paycheck

    Cons

    Everything: The disarray, the managers are all fools with no experience actually renting cars, there is no sense of moral/ethical standards, managers shirk their responsibilities and avoid resolving customer complaints by either hiding or blaming each other.

    Resign
