    Cons

we work outside so 80 percent of the time the weather sucks . plus the avis is under staffed in all positions. the seniority sucks

    Pros

Fine insurance packages. Health screenings offered annually, and if you participate, your premiums will go down. Larger bonuses when company exceeds profit targets. Laid back office atmosphere. Summer hours available. Ten paid holidays a year.

    Cons

Low base pay when compared with other companies for similar positions. Some organizational structural flaws that reward seniority for certain positions but not others. Certain departments have a lack of mobility once you move beyond entry level. When the company falls short of profit targets, the bonus is decreased disproportionately.

    Advice to Management

Fix the organizational flaws that reward some positions with higher pay for seniority and not others. Pay higher base salaries to be competitive with other companies.
