Jun 3, 2017 - Agency Operator in North Little Rock, ARRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- great for building interpersonal skills - you meet some great customers
Cons
- work-life balance is extremely difficult. - long hours & weekends - If you do not have a great team, it's extremely difficult to provide cars for your customers. In the DFW area I ran a store for 2 years and I had a great distribution, a great DM & TPM, and the whole metroplex worked great together. In Little Rock, it was a nightmare and the only location that could ever get cars was the Air Port. No team work at all! - Benefits are awful - very hard to move up. your only option for management is to become an agency operator which you have use your own money to become.
