Pros
Flexible with work schedules with respect to drs appointments etc... Early out before holidays, Affordable, health isnurance with good coverage.
Cons
Management is very dishonest and when they are called on the carpet after getting caught red-handed, they refuse to look at you when you attempt to speak to them. They fabricate information in Performance reviews and after presenting proof that they have falsified information, they will tell you 'Too bad, that's what's written and that's what you get'. A very sad state of affairs. Given the current economy, employees are just chomping at the bit to bail out, once the economy turns the corner, people will be running out of there. Try and stay away to avoid a lot of stress and frustration.

Pros
Free car, gas, and insurance. Awesome co-workers/managers. Excellent team to work with!
Cons
You end up cleaning cars, dealing with everything but what you were hired to do. Yet upper management does not seem to mind that you are an ops manager doing hourly work. It is frustrating that you are unable to do the job you were actually hired to do. Understaffed and under-paid for all you have to do.
