Pros
The commission can be great combined with your regular pay... Office setting and sometimes pretty laid back
Cons
The amount of hypocrisy there is laughable. We are told to be professional but our manager would have their buddies in the back and it made our office look ghetto. Don't ask for a change in schedule you'll get chewed out. And if you're the last one hired you gotta work the nights

Pros
Senior management is top notch and really know how to turn a company around. .Ability to really own your piece of the business. Lots of autonomy and empowerment.
Cons
Pay is not as competitive as NYC which makes it hard to want to stay in Northern NJ.
