I worked at Aviva as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked in the QA department at Aviva. They had good training programs and a nice company culture. Everyone who I worked with was great, including my supervisors, for the most part.

    Cons

Layoffs and mismanagement. We felt like our jobs were constantly in jeopardy (and they were). I think that employees could have been better utilized and that would have led to more productivity and efficiency.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to make employees more productive rather than cutting costs, moving locations, etc.
