Everyone takes your input/opinions seriously, Expected to do serious work even as an intern, Extremely friendly office, great location, nice office activities

Not an IT company so their systems are outdated and currently spend all their time migrating

- Senior managers are very competent leaders and strategists (most of them at least). - Opportunity to work with professionals from different backgrounds
Cons
- Considerably flat personal structure, making it very difficult if not impossible to rise in responsibilities in certain departments. - Role of certain departments is neglected despite their obvious participation in company's success. - Printed media are slowly moving towards demise.
Advice to Management
- In my opinion, the leaders of Axel Springer are doing already good job, although perhaps some procedures regarding personal growth should be verified. Otherwise Axel Springer is not going to attract the most talented employees.
