    Positive Outlook

I worked at Axiom Consulting full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Pay is good considering the daily workload. The people are the best part. Very friendly and open to teach if you are willing to learn. The work can be easy peasy or very busy depending on time of the year or location you work at. You do have the ability to move around to different functions within the company but it is all based on what skills you bring to the table. PTO is excellent, HSA contributions are nice + 401k...

    Cons

Lack of oversight and clear performance metrics can allow parasitic employees to survive in the ecosystem way too long. The autonomy however is a huge benefit if you value personal development and are motivated. At some point the work does get repetitive over the years. Ambitious employees will outgrow the company due to lack of career growth opportunities in the long term.

    Advice to Management

More open and charismatic communication. Efficiency at the cost of moral is no bueno. Need to make employees engaged and excited about business objectives. Profit sharing??

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Axiom Consulting full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Positioned to capitalize on new technologies and industry segments

    Cons

The lack of vision and management at site level is absolutely painful, culture is designed to make you think they’re accepting of new ideas but it’s a joke. With this type of structure, you’re only as good as your top people.

    I worked at Axiom Consulting

    Pros

Small, intimate group and a nice building if you get to work at the main office, which less than 50% of the workforce does. 18 days PTO right off the bat. And you will most likely get a chance to work with large CPG companies without having to deal with the red tape of working at a large company.

    Cons

Very little professional development and unclear company direction/management make it difficult to move upward. Connection to the head global office in India appears unclear and strained. Since the majority of the workforce is young, right out of college kids, there is a sense of "learn as you go" with little to no support or accountability.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more experienced employees/managers.

I have been working at Axiom Consulting full-time

    Pros

Small company, you know everyone and everyone knows you. Very diverse staff with many individuals with varying educational backgrounds. Pretty laid back company, located in Blue Ash, with excellent pay scales. GREAT opportunity for individual advancement.

    Cons

Small company, you know everyone and everyone knows you. Depending on where your appointed within the company, much of your work is streamlined, consisting of the same things day in and day out.

    Advice to Management

Increase client variety which in turn creates varying workload. Encourage more staff involvement for company needs and future.
