I worked at Axioma, Inc. full-time

    Pros

    - Good work life balance depending on field
    - nice offices
    - chocolate everywhere
    -free espresso/snacks
    -decent compensation

    Cons

Organizational structure is all over the place. Since their CFO left, they have been in an identity crisis and still cant figure out what they want to be. Turn around/attrition rate is through the roof and this causes stagnation within executive departments. Disagreements not promoted, do as you are told environment. Tons of nepotism and favoritism in general.
