I have been working at Axios Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Leadership has high expectations for success and is committed to putting the right people in place and providing the support structure necessary to be successful. Great ITSM/ITOM software that is always getting better Highly regarded in the analyst community Very hard working team members that are always willing to put in the extra effort. Very collaborative environment

    Cons

Being remote isn't for everybody As a smaller company it's easy to see who puts in the effort and who does not From a branding perspective, not as widely recognized as some of the other leading companies in the ITSM/ITOM space

I worked at Axios Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nice place to work, enjoyable people. Building relationships over a long cycle is something I really enjoy, and there are a lot of people to work with internally and externally. lots of travel, and opportunities to make connections in a variety of companies and industries.

    Cons

I had to hit the ground running, while there is good support in the role the challenge is to bring it to the table, not to learn how to, which is fine for me.. May have changed now, this was a couple years ago now. Not for someone looking for a quick win.

I have been working at Axios Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Getting things done is easy, management is accessible and they value your opinions. Axios lets you experiment with things and allow your creativity to evolve and bring ideas to business.

    Cons

I have worked in large multi billion companies, there were challenges in business/getting things done/compliance etc. Axios also has some challenges, but pros and way too many and one can just ignore the cons.

I worked at Axios Systems for more than a year

    Pros

Decent basic -£35k plus car and decent pension scheme.

    Cons

Owners love to be sucked up to and want to be surrounded by "yes men". Try going to their church too as that impresses. If travelling with the family to shows, exhibitions etc, they will travel business class and stay in a nice hotel while the staff travel economy or tourist class and stay in cheap motels. Will expect staff to set up and break down stands while they go shopping! They prefer just to make people's lives unpleasant so they leave. One lady was hired via an agency and told not to let on to the the agency that she'd started as they didn't want to pay the agency fee!

I have been working at Axios Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

easily to reach a decision maker, cheap prices, micro management, there is no clear process to follow, if you have a good relation with customer and tell them what they want to hear you are safe.

    Cons

Small company, comparing to other competitor with a lot of limitations. it's hard to sell the solution since there is no channel management as well you need to build and manage the whole sales life cycle from the first call to submit the invoices. non competitive salaries, micro management, limitations in delivering projects.
