    Pros

A number of gems in the customer base.

    Cons

Code base of the product is almost as inflexible as the management practices of the family. The attrition rate of talent in the business is palpable and staff turnover in sales and marketing specifically is breathtaking. Should you thinking of joining ask yourself carefully, why are these reviews so polarised on glassdoor, why do so many people leave? The company once lead the magic quadrant and since its peak has been in decline and faces a market which is accelerating away from it. I take zero pleasure in writing this review but I do take exception to the blatant attempts to artificially drive up the score with skin deep the world is perfect nonsense. This is insulting to read. I cannot stress this enough, do your due diligence before you join. Question everything, read the reviews re interviews. Track the accounts from companies house and will indicate not if but when they will fall out the magic quadrant due to lack of revenue.

    Pros

Working on a variety of projects keeps the job interesting. Axios is growing all the time, and growth is exciting. The team here are great, and everyone looks out for one another. They put on fun get togethers with food which are a great way to meet people who are not in the same department. The (HQ) office is in a nice Edinburgh building in the city centre

    Cons

Parking isn't great at the head office, which is to say non existent, I have to park a ten minute walk away, which is probably no bad thing for my health. There is no air conditioning, so on a hot day it can get a bit stuffy inside.

I worked at Axios Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Many employees competent and helpful. Technical employees very knowledgeable.

    Cons

Product has had its day. Employees treated appallingly by founders, little respect, no pay increases for years, clocking in and out daily, low holidys and sick pay. Very high attrition rates especially in marketing due the leadership of this area (one of the founders) - known as having a revolving door for employees. Each family member has a diffferent whim resulting in no clear direction, non of the family can agree - especially tricky when the family control everything and all budgets. Working environment poor, people in constant fear of loosing their jobs as many have due to whims. For HQ roles check with recruitment agencies as to their reputation - a few calls will save you making a huge mistake.
