    Pros

    Some nice people there.

    Cons

Second rate product, poor turn around on patches and fixes. Management changed "agreed" plans without consent. Very poor knowledge sharing.

    Pros

    Some colleagues are nice people

    Cons

Family is toxic and just look out for theirselves, even lie to customers. Management is poor and cover up everything in fear of ‘the family’! Product is archaic, unreliable, insecure and stuck in the 90’s Atmosphere is poisonous ....never suggest they are not the best!!!!!

    Pros

Hard to say and yet have to write enough here to get to the cons which is the easy part. Met some nice people, now feel sorry for them.

    Cons

Where to start, firstly the fake reviews stories. Whilst there i overheard the owners discussing glassdoor and they have 2 tactics (1) they cajole or bully existing staff to post good stuff or do it themselves. NOTE the spate og ood ones all grouped together. I am not sure if they truly belief their guff or they know but want to cover it up. The commonest correct word for here is TOXIC. I have seen so many good people join and then go when they realise. We just lost two more senior technical leaders and rumour as i left was more looking to leave as soon as they find the right role. Avoid at all costs unless you like punishment.

    I worked at Axios Systems

    Pros

Some very nice people here that deserve better

    Cons

This is a business run by a dysfunctional, illogical and extremist family. Theres a very good reason why this business has zero growth. You will NOT be valued here. You will be treated like dirt, irrespective of your contribution. Nobody deserves to be treated the way this family treat people. They have no respect for each other, so if you join, just don't expect to see that coming your way. Theres a strange type of cruelty embedded into the core of this company ehtos. This place will not enhance your life or your career, this is where people go to be set up to fail. Logic doesn't live here, nor does positivity or trust.

    Pros

Worked with some nice people and some great ones to learn from - unfortunately all the good new ones have been leaving the past 2 months - half the sales team left quickly!

    Cons

Too many good people leaving through the lack of people care in the business. New HR in has made no difference, as the reviews all tell, the owning family rules the roost and no matter intention of any, they get overruled. When those at the top dont care about people and show their disdain openly, regularly it leaves us all with one option - succumb and put up with real badness or move on to a proper company. If you comment on anything that is the familys domain or the product, you called their baby ugly and you join the firing line.

I worked at Axios Systems full-time

    Pros

There were some really nice people in my team. Work-life-balance was ok.

    Cons

Little room for personal growth; micro management environment. Many people who work there have been with the company for years and seem to have found their comfort niche. But if you're experienced and willing to take on responsibilities, this is the wrong place for you.
