    good salary, and other benefits

    Cons

    Operations role has changed so much.
    Everything is about selling now, customers are also not happy.

    Advice to Management

    overall quality of service has declined so much because operations employees are forced to sell. This is encouraging dis-service to customer sometimes as employees are focused on meeting their target numbers and not on overall quality of their work.

    good people, great pool of talent

    Cons

    more emphasis on cross selling than core banking. too much pressure. no work-life balance. Some people don't want to go home till late night and the bosses expect everyone to stay late.

    Should take better care of the employees, pay according to the hard work and everyone needs a work life balance.

    All the pros of work u will experience till 15 days of joining also in training.

    Cons

    Branch head gives CSO's to fill bunches of Slaray account forms inspite of having salary dept at nearest.

    Which creates great pressure and late sittings

    Against the top management decisions

    Worked at one of the semi urban branch in kutch gujarat.

    Bring efficient implementations.

    Implement ban on late sittings

    A nice place to work if you can Customer Relationships. Pitch right investments products according to the customers need.

    Long working hours. Not much of salary hike.
