    Pros

All the great people at Axis Corporate, the work environment and the diversity of the projects that I carried out enriched me with a broad vision and expertise.

    Cons

You work long hours in consulting, that aren't paid. Also it is increasingly complicated to ascend jobs within the company

    Advice to Management

Improve compatibility of work with family life

I worked at Axis Corporate (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some people really knew well of the industry and of business consulting.
Good environment within colleagues, with nice talks on the future of Finance and of Axis itself.
The time spent was good in a career boutique consultancy, since some of the people made it count ( HR).
    Reliability and independence were preached.

    Cons

The investment on a group culture and method was poor, since it used the knowledge coming from the outside, having very few points, systems and even cultural values to blend and utilize.
It was a hard time due to that.
The uncanny way to see projects, rewards and customer happy principles with a strange way to control time at the customer and expenses.
    Probably too much pressure.

    Advice to Management

Explain rules, customer happy principles and define work methodologies. better do effectively deploy an Axis culture and method.

    Pros

Excellent locations in all the offices. The consultants are good people. It is a good place to work if you want to engage good relationships with other employees.

    Cons

Lack of experience of the president to manage a complex consultancy firm. The only objective of this company is to promote the personal brand of the president and some other oldfasioned friends of him.

The bonus is discretionary of the opinion of some directors.

    Advice to Management

You need to improve the term leadership.

I worked at Axis Corporate full-time

    Pros

It's a great place to start your carreer in consultancy. You'll learn a lot in a competitive environment, with very nice attitude from your colleagues at consultant level

    Cons

Promotions are discretional, bonus is discretional - don't expect any recognition for what they think is your job (even if it's 14 hours a day, including weekends and cancelling your hollidays). Reviews, polls, etc are manipulated.. Company values are just nice talking..

    Advice to Management

It would be nice if you reconsider what company social benefits and take care more of your people. All former employees I met left due to horrible burn-out, and/or big conflicts with sr. management team plus no retention actions from your side...

    - Good focus on Fintechs and thought leadership.
    - Opportunity to win work in field of desired specialism.
    - Management take time to share experience and involve everyone in planning.
