I have been working with Axis for a short amount of time, but I can confidently say it is the best place I have ever worked. From the interview process to day to day meetings and interactions, I have never felt more supported or understood. Ryan, Adam, and Charity truely take the time to make you feel heard and that you are an important and crucial part of the team. I couldn't thank them enough for creating such a healthy work environment with the best core values!

They value, champion, and support individual and team accomplishments where everyone, no matter what their role, matters and is considered vital. The importance of exceptional costumer service and building relationships especially with our Healthcare Travelers cannot be emphasized enough because their service to the community's wellbeing they are serving makes it our mission also and one we take seriously. The leadership has managed to maintain a work environment where it feels like you sit in a pod next to all of your coworkers instead of being remote thousands of miles away and embrace a culture of hard work, dedication, and laughter because laughter is essential these days when your work life and home life intersect each other so much more when done in the same physical location. One of Axis's core principles is accountability and it is one where accountability is treated as a mindset NOT a skillset and that is backed up every day by the owners, Adam and Ryan, and ripples throughout the organization.

Axis medical staffing was fast, reliable, and easy to work with. Charity Crawford was the best recruiter to work with! As a first time traveler she walked my through the whole process and answered all of my questions. She really worked to find me a location that best fit my needs and requirements.

This is my first time to be a LPN travel nurse, Jena Stoll is my recruiter and she helped me a lot with providing all information that I need to know until I get my assignment in Iowa now. Tiffanie Nguyen helped me with all paperwork and requirements that need to be done and Meredith Llao helped with payroll, 401K. They are very helpful and easy to contact if you ever have questions.
