    Pros

Good place for new college grats to learn and grow.

    Cons

You can't stay here more than one year.

    Advice to Management

Be nice and generous to your employees.

I worked at Axon US Corp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You gain a lot of hands on experience with eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Sales tactics. CEO periodically goes on China, essentially leaving no one in charge. No Dress Code.

    Cons

    - Hazardous work conditions. Floor is shared with factory workers. Bathroom is absolutely horrendous. Heating and AC is a major issue. Mice freely roams the office.

    - Min salary, and no benefits. As with other reviews, I was promised benefits enrollment after 3 months. Never happened.

    - Little to no room for growth. Leverage is your only growth.

    Advice to Management

    I rather not give any...

    Pros

Incredible opportunities to learn about business and professionalism. Punctuality is very important and highly enforced. Deadlines must be met and work has to be done. College never teaches you that, usually.

    Cons

Workload far exceeded hours available. Needed to think creatively 24/7. Obstacles are often insurmountable, but that's how life generally is. Communication can be problematic when language barriers and cultural differences.

    Advice to Management

Salary is not on the same level as most e-commerce companies. Lack of benefit truly detracts from long term employment prospects. It's cheaper to have long term employees than constant hiring & rehiring & training, etc.

I worked at Axon US Corp full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Low hiring requirements; they will hire any Chinese. You don't even need to be literate in Chinese. If you are not a Chinese, don't even bother.
Great start if you want to learn something about e-commerce.
You will be able to solve some real business issues, but don't expect to learn any technical stuffs, i.e. doing some analysis or using some software. Negotiation is all you do.
When the boss is not around, depending on your manager, you might be able to chill all day long, although I suggest you spend some time learning something new. Think about why you are even considering applying the job or accepting their offer.

    Cons

Even though literacy in Chinese is not a must, but you will be able to do and learn much more if you do, since the real works (customer service, item listing, item pricing, etc.) are all done by the people in China.
It's NOT true that there is no benefit; they give you some money for transit and lunch. But don't blame them; blame yourself.
The bathroom is third world country top premium quality; I can't believe such a bathroom exists in NYC.
(At least) in the beginning of your employment, they ask you do the same things over and over, but that is also true in many other places.
You will need to take phone calls from angry customers on (almost) a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Even entry levels deserve certain salary and benefits.

I have been working at Axon US Corp (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to learn the business and develop strong interpersonal skills.
Multitask and fast-paced working environment can help people practice their skills and push employees to think and work with more efficiency.
Small team makes each member more flexible and take on greater responsibilities, which is a valuable experience for entry-level employees.

    Cons

There is a lot to learn which can become overwhelming at times but you will have a supportive team for guidance.

    Advice to Management

Need more training about company structure, culture and operation. Also employees need training such as Microsoft Excel/Word skills to improve working efficiency. Employee have to understand what he/she does every day is meaningful.
