    I worked at Ayming

    Pros

At one point, had pretty good management in NA, they're all gone...

    Cons

No strategic plan, no real delivery mechanism, poor support functions (HR, IT...pretty much across the board), management's inability or unwillingness to establish and maintain business focus, finally, there's a certain "overconfidence", shall we say, on the part of some of the longer-term folks there, adds to the rampant disfunction.

    I worked at Ayming full-time

    Pros

The location in London is really nice and easy to get to. Also the nearby Cafes and Food shops make lunch etc full of choice.

    Cons

A lot of employees came and left again in my time at Ayming and it became very clear to see the trends. There is a very toxic working environment with a great deal of office politics. It is probably best suited to graduates that are looking for some initial work experience, in my opinion.

    I worked at Ayming full-time

    Pros

Fast growing Improved focus on structure and work life balance Some true leaders that can help Canada grow. One in particular that is very passionate and can make it happen Great career growth potential

    Cons

Everyone does not seem to be bought into the company vision or act as team players. Toronto has the most growth potential and the company still insists on Montreal to be the Canadian head office. Need to accept that this is a international company and not a French company. Recommend making Toronto HQ. Better focus on client management and retention required. Always seem to be short staffed for the amount of work on hand.
