Collaborative, team enviorment. Really focus on helping the client, making an assesment of the situation they are in and executing on the best gameplan. They treat one another, their clients and employees really well. Its a great work enviorment.
Its a small company and they could use more resources. They are really committed to the clients they have and not overly ambitious in growing and expanding. That can be limiting - but it seemingly allows everyone to have a good work life balance.
Advice to Management
If additional clients were added, ththere would more than likely be more revenue produced and perhaps employees would be able to make more money. Time off and unique trainings aren't the only incentive programs out there.
