I have been working at Azusa Pacific University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Co-workers. Tuition benefit for graduate degree.

    Cons

Poor leadership. Financial difficulties. Poorly maintained work environment. Dependent tuition benefit for new employees is 40% as compared to the 100% for those who were grandfathered. Those in "lesser" positions, still can't afford to send their own kids there. Retirement suspended due to budget. No opportunity for growth or career development. Hierarchical. Lack of communication and direction. Nepotism. Low pay. Unqualified people promoted. Favoritism.
