    Pros

    Great pay, GREAT company to work for. Great benefits and great line of open communication even with property owners. Best company by far. They really care about employees.

    Cons

    Wish they had more positions open to advance. Other than that cannot complain. If you communicate that you are ready to advance they will help you get there!

    Advice to Management

    Love everything about you guys!

    I have been working at B.H. Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Open communication with AVP and RM. Good pay, bonuses and benefits. Open minded company that adheres to all Fair Housing Policies and Procedures.

    Cons

    The only hurdle I see is getting some corporate staff to understand the job for on site employees. We work with client, resident and vendor requests daily and our schedules can't always meet corporate demands of training, 1 day turn on financials and other issues.

    Advice to Management

    Need to provide quarterly scheduled events for all employees in each region. Day of fun for every associate to feel appreciated. Motivation for each employee , it takes everyone to make the ship float.

    The company has very high standards and keeps you accountable for them with their 'benchmark'

    Cons

    There is little support from superiors and their training for new employees is a joke

    Easy training, easy job if you're good at it, good benefits,

    Cons

    Lack of support from management, lack of support from HR, can't get a hold of anyone when you need them most, you can only rely on your direct manager, so hope that she/he knows what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

    Find more secure ways to STORE confidential information, so much stuff is just left out for anyone. Have a better support system for your employees.

    Pros

    Liberal approach to new ideas as the company is still in its infancy but rapid growth equals large promotional rewards from within. The training department is phenomenal online.

    Cons

    Favoritism among upper management and many of the property managers will hold you back because of their own insecurities and bias. The company could pay better on salary

    Advice to Management

    They need to be more hands on training for onsite teams and perhaps more support the A.M. level for networking and skill building

    Wonderful company with co workers who help if you need help. They have great hours if you are not a community on a watch list.

    Cons

    No cons for me. Worked here so far for 2+ years and it is a great company.

    Give a 30 to 60 day evaluation after hiring due to applicants trying to get theyer foot in the door to prove themselves but are really worth more

    Pros

    I worked for Bh Management for over 5 years at 2 different properties. It is the best company I have worked for so far in my 8 years of working in property management. They offer training, and you get your birthday off, which I have not seen in other companies I have worked for.

    The only reason I am no longer with the company is because the property I worked at was sold. I was sent to another property and I could not get along with the manager. Now she is no longer with the company if I would have known she would not be there long I would have stayed.

    Since I left I have not found another company like Bh. Every company I have worked for does not measure up to what Bh offers.
