I worked at B.R. Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None, except it beats going hungry

    Cons

Incredibly long hours, little pay, no respect for family life, no respect period. Nasty selfish employer. DO NOT WORK HERE if you can work any where else.

    Advice to Management

STOP the sexual harassment. It is criminal. STOP believing the people who work for you are machines. STOP thinking the corporation is more important than the American family. You have no values, no morals, and NO respect.

I worked at B.R. Associates full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are no sick days and no Holidays to be with family except Christmas Day. In my mind, this is ridiculous. They expect too much (out of the rehlm of reasonable. They work you like a dog with little time off. I suffered total exhaustion near hospitalization my last year working. My doctor insisted I leave my position there.

    Cons

See above. It is a hostile work environment.

    Advice to Management

Be more reasonable when it comes to expectations of people working Holidays and no sick days. This is not normal.

Great opportunities, record of success, good benefits

    Cons

Long hours, life and work balance was not good. training was weak, needed to help develop employees and stop wasting time trying to find them doing something wrong

I worked at B.R. Associates full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, some of the store managers are great. Decent pay for GMs and higher.

    Cons

No respect for hard work and years of service any longer in the Wendy's division. In the past, the company seemed like they cared, but no longer. An uncompromising management style has taken over and everything has gone downhill in the last few years. I hope for many of the people I know still working there that this will change for the better soon.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose people who have put in years and years of service just because you have an uncompromising bully in charge.
