    Pros

The team you work with is really great. If you like overtime, there is always time and required.

    Cons

Only department which is REQUIRED to work in the office despite COVID being a risk. Long hours Work/life balance Unrealistic goals by management Over worked and under paid No career growth, it’s expected in this type of role, but it will definitely be tough in this company. Work on weekends Not really respected by other departments

    Marketing Intern

    Pros

The company provided a lot of hands on experience for interns, including a free trip to a large food show, opportunities to learn about different areas of the business, and access to research tools.

    Cons

Too much responsibility was placed on interns and the culture/environment was not very warm or positive. After much stress and contribution, only one out of six interns were offered full-time positions.

    Luck of the draw

    Pros

Some very nice people and potential room to grow depending on which department you work with. The benefits are just ok but not all of them kick in right away such as the 401k that is only offered to staff who have been there over 6 months. The hours are nice with 8.30 to 5pm monday to thursday and get to leave 2.30pm on fridays

    Cons

The entire experience here is a luck of the draw. Each department is so different you might have a great experience in one team and get to take long lunches and leave at 5pm each day, or you might be miserable in another team getting exactly 30mins for lunch (not a second more) and have to work longer hours. Small family style management in certain department, HR looks the other way at a lot of violations and allows some management to get away with treating their staff poorly. Some departments pay very generously and others are extremely stingy and there is no rhyme or reason. A lot of manual work is done that could be automated, with a lot of hard copy paper trails that can easily be misplaced instead of electronic files. Old ERP system slows the process down
