    Pros

    10% discount is the only decent bit, met some nice people and had a laugh with some, but not others

    Cons

    Too much demands on staff, talk to the staff like crap, can't think of anything else to write so I'll leave it

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat staff like crap.

    A fantastic place to develop, with truly inspirational leaders. The business is progressive, exciting and people focused. I have had an amazing journey so far and can't wait to see what comes in the future. Winners will Win with this great company.

    Pros

    Meet new people and it’s boosted my confidence
    Plenty of overtime.
    Good place to work as a first job

    Cons

    Management are in their own circle.
    If you’re just a cashier like myself or shop floor then you’ll be under valued and under appreciated.
    Wages are minimum wage.
    Management talk about other colleagues inappropriately
    Rotas are changed with only a days notice.
    One rule for one and another rule for someone else.

    Advice to Management

    Sort your supervisors/management out! Look after your undervalued staff. Give us a liveable wage.

    If you are a true retailer this is the place for you. Drive your own store success through your own efforts and skills. Guide & coach your own team & be able to develop from within in a company with genuine development opportunities. Area team interaction is always competitive but fun.

    Cons

    If you need daily instructions then it's not for you.
