    Pros

    The pay was very decent for my age and it was able to become flexible due to exam season. Workload was not heavy and was manageable

    Cons

    Managers do not own up to their mistakes unethical dismissals and informal actions and they decide to do what ever they want

    Pros

    20% discount after few months employment

    Cons

    No point having 20% off when people struggling to pay bills on such a low hourly wage. Shifts are never regular regarding start and finish times and rotas not always planned ahead, so difficult to plan any activities outside work.

    - Equal salary regardless of age - Flexible working hours - Good response from management

    Cons

    - The difference between supervisor pay and base pay is not worth the extra work (+50p/h) - Management can sometimes go against your decision to 'keep the peace' with customers
